Ice Blasting

This was nearly a full home mold remediation effort.  As you can see the material removal here was quite expansive.  Due to the size of this loss and the nature of mold remediation, we elected to utilize a dry ice blaster to clean and remove mold from the structure. Often times, sand blasting would be a regular method of use for this size project, however, with the sand blasting there is an extreme amount of sand (media) to cleanup.  With dry ice, the media vaporizes on contact with the structure blasting mold and contamination off the structure in record time and minimal cleanup.    Proper setup of negative air and engineering controls are mandatory when dealing with mold, and it is always good practice to consult with a Indoor Environmental Professional.
