Vacation Home Water Damage

Our customers arrived late in the night to their vacation home in Las Vegas, after driving over 15 hours, to find water everywhere as it was literally raining in their home.  Ceiling had fallen in their downstairs kitchen and living room from the upstairs toilet.  What can't be seen is the amount of microbial growth that came along with the water loss.  Our SERVPRO of Northern Las Vegas team helped pack-out the home, create a non-salvageable list for the owner and insurance company for reimbursement, as well as performed water mitigation and mold remediation services. We're happy to say that even though this was catastrophic for the homeowners, they were happy to have us onsite assisting.
