Water Damage to Home Office

What seemed like a small water loss, caused a good deal of damage. The water from above not only damaged the laminate flooring in this couples home office but ceiling and wall damage as well.  The drywall was obviously affected, but the water also ran down the tape line, causing further repairs.  We removed the damaged laminate, drywall from the ceiling and walls where water ran down, which also gave us the opportunity to check the vacant area under the stairwell for any standing water or insulation.  As always, it's a bit of an inconvenience, especially to a home office during quarantine times, but they homeowner's wanted to do the right thing in taking care of their home and that's why they called SERVPRO of Northern Las Vegas.
